Sanctuary and Serenity

Tools – Cylinder.

Posted on: March 26, 2010

Imagine you have a round stainless steel cylinder, at least six inches in diameter, right in the centre of your belly.  This cylinder has an eject system that allows anything that goes into it to quickly be ejected right out of the back of your body and into the imaginary garbage dump behind you.  (Maybe your eject system has an escalator to the dump.)  Use this imaginary cylinder the next time someone triggers you by attacking or criticizing you.  Visualize their words simply going through your body and out to the dump.  This way you stay centred and uncontaminated.  You can even keep your sense of humour!
